How do you factor out 4x(squared)-12x+5?

4x^2 -12x +5 = (2x -5)(2x -1)
There is a bit of guesswork involved. The constant terms in the factors have to be negative and have a product of 5. The coefficients of the x terms have to be positive and have a product of 4.
