The pH of a nitric acid solution is 1.2. What is the concentration of nitrate ion in the solution?

Dani, or Mandy. Please stop changing names. Why would a volunteer tutor a kid that comes in disguises each time?

Concentrtion H+ = [H+] = antilog 1.2= 15.8M

pH= log[H+] so...
[H+]= antilog pH
