Im doing an essay and Im going to write the name of a school. what do i put around it, quotation marks or capitalize it or underline the name?

The first letters of the names of schools are capitalized. We don't use quotation marks, italics, or underlining.

Hirsch High School
University of Michigan

If you are going to name the school, then University of Texas, or South Bend Junior High School would be the proper way to write it. You do not need underlining or quotation marks.
