We are working on pivot tables with grouping. I have no trouble creating a table with variables and totals however, I cannot figure out how I can include Relative Frequencies and Percentage frequencies in the same pivot table - as shown in the book.

Relative frequencies are the frequencies within the cell(s) divided by the total frquency. The percentage frequency is that decimal divided by 100.
