    Use dimensional analysis to convert the seconds to hours.
450 m/s * 60s / 1 min * 60min / 1 hr = ?

    when going from seconds to hours, first times by 60 to get to minutes then 60 again for hours, or just multiply by 60*60=360. the most common conversions you will have to do in sciences are from m/s to m/hr and back again. (however km/hr is the more commonly used units)
so remember m/s --> m/hr multiply by 360
m/hr ---> m/s divide by 360
when going from m/s --> km/hr we multiply by 3.6 (360/1000) [seconds to hours / metres to kilometres] and the reverse is true for km/hr --> m/s divide by 3.6
hope this helps, i may have just confused you so ask with any questions you have. :)
