4(x-1)< 6x +19
4x - 44 < 6x + 19 , I expanded the LS
4x - 6x < 16 + 44 , I subtracted 6x and added 44 to both sides

-4x < 60 , I now will divide by -4 resulting in a "reversal" of the inequality sign
x > -15
