A car travels 240km in 2hr. And the sprinter travels 100m in 9.5 seconds. which one is traveling faster and by how much ?

recall that speed is distance travelled over time. thus we calculate the speed of each. let's also make sure that the units of speed for both are the same.
Car: (convert first the units)
240 km * (1000 m /1 km) = 240000 m
2 hr * (3600 s / 1 hr) = 7200 s
v = d/t
v = 240000/7200
v = 33.33 m/s
Sprinter:
v = d/t
v = 100/9.5
v = 10.53 m/s
thus the car travels faster than sprinter by 33.33 - 10.53 = 22.8 m/s
