3x^2-9x+6/10-5x

You probably meant
(3x^2-9x+6)/(10-5x)
= 3(x^2 - 3x + 2)/(5(2 - x))
= 3(x-1)(x-2)/(5(2 - x))
= -3(x-1)/5 , x not equal to 2
