(x-5)/(x-9) = (x-5)(x+5)/(x-9)(x+5) =
(x-5)(x+5))/(x^2+5x-9x-45) =
(x-5)(x+5))/(x^2-4x-45) =
(x-5)(x+5)/(x+5)(x-9) = (x-5)/(x-9)
