find the x and y of the turning points of y=(x^3/3)-4x^2+15x-3

y' = x^2 - 8x
set that equal to zero for a max/min of y

after factoring, that solves very nicely to
x = 0 and x = 8

sub those x values back into the original to get the matching y's.
