you have to multiply negative four by (x-1) and six by (3-2x). Then what you do is use subtraction or addition to get __x on one side and the number without x on the other and then you divide.
For example:
2(x+3) = 4(1-5x)
2x + 6 = 4 - 20x
2 = 18x
1/9 = x
For example:
2(x+3) = 4(1-5x)
2x + 6 = 4 - 20x
2 = 18x
1/9 = x
