Dear Sir,

You wanted to know if I was satisfied with you and your company. The answer is that your company doesn't have any of the things I was looking for in stock. You say that all I have to do is make a request of what I want. I tried that and still nothing. I know I can't tell you how to run your business, nor can I make things better. So that's why I am no longer doing business with you or your company.

You do not say what you asked for and did not receive from the company. You do not give specific information as to dates nor to whom you spoke or wrote.
