Add m + 7 and m and double the result. That will be the perimeter. It will not be a polynomial. It is called a monomial
The perimeter is 2(2m + 7) = 4m + 14
The product of m and m +7 is the area. Since they don't want it factored, multiply it out.
The area is m(m+7) = m^2 + 7m
The perimeter is 2(2m + 7) = 4m + 14
The product of m and m +7 is the area. Since they don't want it factored, multiply it out.
The area is m(m+7) = m^2 + 7m
