L = 31.5

w = (4/7)31.5 = 18

p = 2 * 31.5 + 2 * 18

A = 31.5 * 18

Ok so first of all the ratio is 4:7, the length is 31.5, and we first have to find the width to get the perimeter and area...
since ratios can also be written as 4/7 and we have to multiply it by 31,5 to get the width. - (4/7)31.5 = 18, So now we have length and width so we can calculate area and perimeter. To get perimeter we add both length and width multiplied by two - 31.5*2 + 18*2 - which is 63 + 36 so now we just add them up to 99. Next we multiply length and width to get area so - 31.5*18 which is 567.
length - 31.5
width - 18
perimeter - 99
area - 567
