Does the last part of this sentence translate correctly to "during the last four years years?" thanks

Yes. That's how I read that sentence.

Another way I'd put the last part: <pendant ces quatre dernieres annees> Omitting 'passees'.

Also in French once "te" or "tu" is used it must be contiuous. The correct way to say this phrase would be: "Je te remercie pour tout ce que tu as fait pour moi pendant ces quatre dernieres annees."
