I don't understand how I'm supposed set the problem up or what theta is...

Use the given function value(s), and trigonometric identities (including the cofunction identities), to find the indicated trigonometric functions.

sec theta = 5, tan theta 2 * 6^1/2

a) cos theta
b) cot theta
c) cot (90 degrees - theta)
d) sin theta

Theta is what we call the angle we are trying to find.

sec theta is the reciprocal of the cosine function. 1/cos theta = 5, so cos theta=1/5
