to get a 3, Prob. = 3/6 or 1/2
to get "not 1", there are 5 of "not 1), so the prob. of "not 1" = 5/6
since you are returning the cards, each event is independent of the next,
so
the P(3,not 1) = 1/2 * 5/6 = 5/12
