Use the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation.
pH = pKa + log[(base)/(acid)]
You know pKa for NH3 (you have Kb listed but pKa = 14-pKb), you know pH, and you know (base). Calculate (acid), which is the NH4Cl, and go from concn to moles to grams. Post your work if get stuck.
