Does anyone know what advantage there is to using hot water to make ice cubes?
Validated tests indicate it is faster to freeze because it has less dissoved air, some of it evaporates, and that evaporation cools it rapidly, and in the end, because some of it has evaporated, there is less mass of water to freeze.
could you please tell me what all the 'its' are?
