The levl of the nation's debt is:
A. Limited by the constitution.
B. Always limited by Congress.
C. Is not limited by any goverment branch.
D. Is not to exceed 10 billion.
I know it's not A because my books says that there are no Constitutional limits. I know it's not D because our debt now is in the trillions. So I'm thinking it might be C. But isn't the Senate always talking about rasing the limit?
HELP!?

It can be limited by Congress. There are the ones who vote on the budget.
