Ariel, your posts come well after midnight. Most of the tutors are doing other things at this time of night in the U.S. and Canada where we are. Don't expect a fast response.

I agree with your first answers. For #6, an outline comes AFTER you have researched your questions. For #19, D is incomplete, but whatever the general research site is, it's probably better than any email, which may not reflect any research, but may be rife with uneducated opinions, as are newsgroups.
