ok.. What abt feeling something hot in your stomach? Whenever I get nervous, I panick and I feel something hot in my stomach and I feel like something is inside of me and I feel like little tingly stuff like hitting me inside my eye, my mouth, my arms, etc. What is that? Is something inside me that I should be cocerned of?

Yes, but literally, I FEEL like something is inside of me, and I feel like my arm shaking on it's own. And sometimes when I make a digusted face, my face twitches. Is that bad? Or whenever I flare my nostrils, it does the same thing.
