The function w=− 39+32t, where t is the actual air temperature, gives the approximate wind chill temperature w when the wind speed is 20 mi/h. Find the approximate wind chill temperature for 10ºF with a 20 mi/h wind.

that formula makes no sense,
If the formula is only valid for a windspeed of 20 mph, are you
going to have a formula for each speed ???
where does the wind speed enter the picture???
