I'm doing a project on immigration, which group do you think would be most intersting? Which should I choose?

The English
The Germans
The Italians
The Irish
The Africans
The Japanese
The Chinese
The Jewish

depends on the time period. If it is the present, I would do the chinese.

That depends upon the era you are interested in. Currently, most immigration is from Latin America and China. All the groups you mentioned are interesting, in different ways.
