if i am 4'9 what would be the length of my shadow

My teacher wants me to go outside during a time when i can see my shadow and take a picture of myself from head to toe and she wants me to label my height and my shadows length. i know my is 4'11 or 59 inches but i dont know how to musure my shadow's length.
