A child pushes down on a box lid with a force of 25 N. At the same time, her friend pushed down on the lid with a force of 30N. The spring on the box lid pushes upward with a force of 60N. Can the children close the box? Why or why not?

25 + 30 =55N and add 60 to 55N and the answer I think is 115N so the kid should be able to close the box with 115N.
