    Non, voici:
Either: (if you believe "vous" is plural = have you all) = Oui, nous venons d'avoir lu une histoire à Marie-Claire.
OR (if you believe "vous" is singular/ have you (one person) = Oui, je viens d'avoir lu une histoire à Marie-Claire.
You do NOT get rid of "avoir" and you use the Past Participle after it.
Yes, I (OR we) have just READ, etc.
