f(x) = 9x-2
g(x) = √(3x+7)
x is just a place holder. Replace it with whatever you want.
g(3) - g(-2) = (√(3*9+7) - √(3(-2)+7) = √34 - √1 = √34 - 1

you do B

(f(x)-f(0))/x = ((9x-2)-(-2))/x = 9x/x = 9 for x≠0
