You can start out like this to eliminate x:
x+5y-4z = -10
2x-y+5z = -9
2x-10y-5z = 0
double row 1 and subtract it from rows 2,3:
2x+10y-8z = -20
.....-11y+13z = 11
.....-20y+3z = 20
Now proceed to eliminate y using row 2, and eliminate z using row 3
