24 --> 8 which is 3 big to 1 small
36 --> 10 which is 3.6 big to 1 small
so to keep the proportions we must reduce dimensions by 3.6/1
8*3.6 = 28.8
10*3.6 = 36
36 --> 10 which is 3.6 big to 1 small
so to keep the proportions we must reduce dimensions by 3.6/1
8*3.6 = 28.8
10*3.6 = 36
