A ship has steamed 320 nautical miles south and 218 nautical miles west.
Two vessels are streaming eastward with the same speed. Vessel A departed from position (73⁰16’N,
48⁰51’W), and Vessel B from position (22⁰43’N,48⁰51’W). If they left their respective ports at the same
time, which vessel will reach the prime meridian first?

since they are going due east from the same longitude, the one farthest from the equator will arrive first (why?)
so, looks like A will arrive first.
