The table below lists the time and elevation of a submarine as it dives towards the ocean floor.

You have a typo in your table. Time should be 10,30,60,90,120
Then all the elevation changes after the 1st would differ by 450 consistently.
That makes D: y = -15x
you must have been just guessing; you sure didn't show any work to justify your choices.
