h(t)=4sin^2(8 x pi x t)
where h is height measured in metres and t is time measured in seconds. When is the ball at a

maybe h = 4 sin^2 (8 pi t) ????
at h = 2
1/2 = sin^2 (8 pi t) = sin^2 x
sin x = +/- 1/sqrt 2
x if in first quadrant = 45 degrees or pi/4 radians
8 pi t = pi/4
t = pi/32 and a lot of other times of course
