Derek and Jacob collected 25 baseball cards last week. For every 3 baseball cards that Derek collected, Jacob had only collected 2. How many more baseball cards were in Derek's collection?

Derek : Jacob = 3 : 2 = 3x : 2x

3x + 2x = 25
x = 5

so Derek had 15 , while Jacob had 10
