A spring of natural lenght is extended by 0.04m by a force of 0.04N What will be it lenght when the applied force is 12N

Typo, natural length is what?
k = .04 N/ .04 m = 1 Newton / meter
extension = F/k = 12 N/ 1Newton/meter = 12 meters
new length = original length + 12 meters
Of course those two 0.04 values are probably also typos.
