    parallel sides are congruent, so if the sides are named in order, then
4x+3 = 3x-1
4x-y = x+6y
since these give x = -1, I suspect I have not paired them up correctly, due to your insufficient description.
In any case, just follow the logic and then the area is length * width as usual.
