P = a + a + x
P = 2 a + x
where a is lenght of equell sides
In this case a = 9 m
35 = 2 a + x
35 = 2 • 9 + x
35 = 18 + x
x = 35 - 18 = 17 m
Draw a horizontal line of length 17.
Then, from the endpoints of that line, draw arcs of length 9 and connect the dots into a triangle.
