What is the area of an isosceles right triangle wih equal sides that measure 42cm? @Ms. Sue please help!!!

A = bh/2

A = (45 * 45)/2

A = 1012.5 sq. cm.

thank you but can you help me with this question?
The area of a trapezoid with a height of 24m and bases of 6m and 8m.
So, I do 8+6=14
24 x 14=336
336 x 0.5 = 168 m^2
is my answer right?
