    Na2O = 2*23 + 16 = 46+16 = 62 grams / mol
so 145 / 62 = 2.34 mols Na2O
so you get 2 * 2.34 = 4.68 mols of NaOH
NaOH = 23 + 16 + 1 = 40 grams/mol
so 4.68 *40 = 187 grams NaOH
