I have a feeling your problem contains a typo

according the the order of operation, we have to do
-(2^30) first which is -1,073,741,824
then we have to multiply that by (30*11/5) which is 66
which would make most calculators kick into scientific notation mode
lastly we would have to add 7 to this, and at this point the 7 would be
insignificant.
