solving an inequality is (almost) the same as solving an equation.
In this case, just divide both sides by 2 to get
g ≤ 5
The only catch is that if you multiply or divide by a negative value, you change the direction of the inequality. For example,
-2g < 10
g > -5
It's just a shortcut way of moving things to the other side of the inequality.
-2g < 10
0 < 10 + 2g
-10 < 2g
-5 < g
since adding and subtracting do not change the direction.
