A cone with the same base but I hate three times taller than the given cylinder exist. What is the volume of each figure

Let the cylinder have base area B and height h. Then the cone has volume
1/3 B(3h) = Bh
which is the same volume as the cylinder

not sure why you want to hate on cones ...
