When you say dissolved you need to understand that I2 will not dissolve. Small amounts will but most of the I2 will remain solid. If the "solution" (and I use the term loosely) is allowed to evaporate under room conditions, you will end up with NaCl solid and I2 solid. Remember that I2 sublimes easily so if at elevated temperataures the I2 solid will disappear.
