Your question is not complete. It has no concentration. There is no such chemical either. To make a solution just add whatever amount of Fe(NO3)2.9H2O or Fe(NO3)3.9H2O to a flask and make the final volume 1,000 mL.

You are absolutely right it was technical mistake the name.
Correct is Fe(NO3)3.9H2O.
The solution have to be 0.50 mol.
