Ben and Larry each carry a 200 N suitcase up three flights of stairs (a height of 10.0 m). Ben does it in 1 minute and Larry does it in 5 mintues. Who does more work on the suitcase?

We are talking WORK not POWER
WORK is Force * distance in direction of force.
Time is not part of Work.
POWER is work per unit of time.
so
They do exactly the SAME amount of work in Joules
200 Newtons * 10 meters =2,000 Joules
( By the way, Ben has 5 times the power :)
