the period for one revolution is 100π cm / 300 cm/s = 1/3 s
so the frequency is 3 Hz
(a) ω = 2πf
(b) 20s * 3rev/s = 60 rev
so the frequency is 3 Hz
(a) ω = 2πf
(b) 20s * 3rev/s = 60 rev
