Julia measures water with a 1/4 cup measuring cup. She fills the cup 7 times and pours 1/4 of a cup pf water into a bowl. How much water does Julia pour into the bowl?

I am not sure how to do this. Do I multiply 7 and 1/4?

well, you said she pours 1/4 c of water into the bowl.
You don't say what she does with the 7 cupfuls she filled.
But, yes, the total water in 7 cupfuls would be 7 * 1/4 c
