Be careful here. m stands for molality and M stands for molarity. They are not the same thing. I ASSUME you mean 0.002 M.
So 0.002 M NaOH means 0.002 mols NaOH/L solution.
(H^+)(OH^-) = Kw = 1E-14
(H^+)(0.002) = 1E-14
