Directions: Write an equation in point-slope form for the line that passes through each point with the given slope.
(-4, 12) m= 3/4
I think I know how to do this but I am not 100% sure.

Just arrange
y - 12 = (3/4)(x + 4)
into the type of equation you need.
I'll give you the next line:
4y - 48 = 3x + 12
y - 12 = (3/4)(x + 4)
into the type of equation you need.
I'll give you the next line:
4y - 48 = 3x + 12

Too bad you didn't show your work -- we could have confirmed or corrected it.
You know that the line with slope m, passing through (h,k) is
y-k = m(x-h)
so plug in your numbers.
