    2X+3Y=15
X-2Y=20
Substitution works best if in one of the equations, the coeffiecient of a variable is 1. Which we have in #2 equation
x = 2y + 20
sub into the first:
2(2y+20) + 3y = 15
4y + 40 + 3y = 15
7y = -25
y = -25/7
then x = 2(-25/7) + 20 = 90/7
